I'm 16 and I'm starting to think about what I want to do with my life after high school... One of my primary interests is app development and video game design. All I know so far are basic web design code languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), but I intend on learning other languages in the future to expand towards designing computer and console games and applications. I plan on learning Java, Objective C, C++, C#, Cocoa, and more about Flash.
1.) Are there any other coding languages I should be focusing on?
2.) Would you recommend I get into a good all-around college, or does it have to be a tech school?
3.) How does the salary tend to be for professions related to my interests?
4.) In your opinion, would it be better to work solo, or be part of a company?
5.) Is it true that experienced C++ developers can make a ton of money, and that experienced iPhone developers are so scarce that they can too?
...Just label each answer with the number that corresponds to each question...
-Thanks
