I'm so irritated. My math test is on tuesday and I am stuck on section 2.4. and I haven't even begun on section 2.5. in math. I'm so pissed off, I'm really angry because I can't figure this out. I am trying to figure out the section Cardinal Number and Survey. I am lost and confused. Can someone please help me figure this out and explain in detail. Please!
