I have made a million caramel and chocolate dipped apples, but tonight they are not working. The chocolate is sliding off the apples! They look horrible and I am so frustrated! The chocolate looks like it is sliding in layers, almost as if the chocolate was too heavy and kept sliding down on top of the layer before. Any ideas on what could be going wrong?
