A colleuge at work has come to me for advice about her car.
Basically she has just been informed its write off....Her husband had an accident in it in 2006 and as far as she knew they made a claim and got it repaired. Shes been insuring, taxing and MOT'd it ever since as normal. However lost her tax disk and requested a duplicate only to be told her car was down as a write off.
How is this possible? Surely if it was written off the insurance company who then own the car would have arranged for it to be taken away?
Any advice on this?
