I have a 2008 Pontiac G6 with a little over 22,000 miles on it. It has remote start. Over the past 3 weeks I've noticed that the remote start wasn't as sensitive as it used to be, but I assumed the battery was going on the key fob & didn't think much of it. Last Monday, I tried to manually start my car, and it wouldn't crank up. The a/c came on, as did the radio, but it wouldn't actually turn over. After about 6 tries, it started, and I immediately drove it to the dealership. They kept it overnight & said that the battery was intermittently bad, so they replaced it. It worked well until today, when I tried to manually crank it up, it did the same thing, only this time I couldn't get it to start, so I had it towed into the dealership. The battery is brand new so that can't be the problem; does anyone know what might be causing this?
