Car wont start, NEW BATTERY!?

New battery, on the charger/starter it claims the battery is dead?? ok? that doesnt make much sense? Even when jump started it wont turn over. I have a feeling it's not getting enough fuil to actually turn over. Could there be a problem with my fuel pump in the attempt to start my vehicle?
 
it can also be the altinator, mines had the same problem, no matter how much you change or charge the battery your car will still turn off, go to a mechanic and let them check it out, im sure that it got to be the altinator....good luck........

The engine does not have to get fuel to turn over. It has to get fuel, however, to start. I would check into your starter since the car fails to even turnover.
