car won't start. . 1994 Cadillac Deville . .help!?

Okay, just replaced oil pump, water pump, electronic throttle motor(ikak motor) new spark plugs and wires and radiator drain plug. it will start only if it is cool. but it doesn't overheat very easy. it will stall randomly while it is running. sometimes when i slow down or sometimes while turning or even sometimes while at a stop sign. i thought it might be the starter but that wouldn't make it stall like that .? also, if anyone knows the size in cubic centimeters of this 4.9 V8 please let me know/ thanks
