Car wobbles when i turn it off on my 2003 Subaru WRX. is it a problem?

Whenever i turn the key to turn off my 03 wrx it wobbles then it settles down and is completely shut off? is it a major problem or do some of your cars do that too? i heard from a friend that it may be from off timed fuel...... any ideas?
