Car window wipers, are they easily fixed?

but am an engineer and very tight ans stingy but i take care of my little brother a lot
 
So it looks like someone has taken out the sponge bit on my front window wipers the bit that cleans the window's they did this and bent one of the peices that hold it in place, i have managed to bend it back to normal. But can the sponges be easily put back in and where can i get one from? Thanks - its a fiat punto

Thanks that really helps, but if i was to fix them on myself how would i do it, do they slide in or you have to really push them in to clip on?
