car warranty question?

If you curb your car and have scuffed your rim on one of the wheels, could you get this sorted out under warranty?

No damage from abuse, negligence or accidents are not covered by the warranty. That's what insurance is for.

Warranty covers manufacture defects, not abuse. I wouldn't claim a wheel and tire under insurance as your insurance will go up when you put in a claim. Probably end up costing more in insurance than what you would pay for a new wheel and tire. Try finding a matching wheel at a wrecking yard.
