2002 ford taurus flex fuel ohv. ok so im not much of a car guy but ill try to explain what happens. when i go to turn on the car it does sound like it wants to start. something in it, im guessing the starter, makes noises like its turning. kind of a "rumh" sound... but the sound wasnt going very fast. after trying for 10 minutes the sound started going a lot faster and the car started. tried it again 30 minutes last after i got out of the store when the car was warm and it started right away. tried it again when it was cold not to long ago and it started right away also.
so it seems to work now but i want to make sure i dont have to worry about it again. what do you guys and gals think it is? the alternator and battery was just changed not to long ago. i know it needs a turn up. i took it in to a shop not to long ago and they guy said my fuel injectors really needed to be cleaned. would that be it?
Also everything i get out of my car i get a static shock which i know means one of my grounds is lose or bad. if that would have anything to do with it.
