So, i was driving down the road, and my car starts staling a little, so i get in the turn lane, and in the middle of the intersection my car stopped, my stearling wheel locked, and my car wouldn't accelerate. when i turned my car offf, it won't turn back on. my gas light was on, but i don't know if my steering wheel should lock up if i'm out of gas. please tell me what's wrong with my car
