Car trouble wont start sometimes.... 04 Dodge Neon SXT?

well my dodge neon acts up sometimes at first the ac would blow high then low and the radio turns off and on now the headlight will flicker and my car shutdown and sometimes it wont start up it will stake a while when i try to start it doesnt even make a noise or nothing and i tried putting a new starter relay and that still doesnt work =[ plz help some1
 
i sounds like you may have a serious electrical issue with that car,start out by checking to see that all ground wires are good and clean and tight on it,a bad ground will cause some of the problems your having with it,good luck.
