Hi i lost my car certificate of title document. But I am sure the dealer that sold my car to me has got the photocopy version of it. Can I photocopy or print that document and use it instead of asking for a new one? and if i have to request for a new title document, how long does it take? im leaving the country in 3 and a half weeks time. Im in USA, seattle. Washington state.
