Car stereo screen says LOCK?

I have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt. I turned on my car one morning and the screen where the clock should be displayed says LOCK. I cannot use the radio- no buttons change the screen. I cannot even listen to a CD. Any ideas on what is going on or how to fix it?
