I bought a old 95 F150 off my friend but the stereo is after market and fairly new. If I have either car door open and I turn on the truck the stereo works fine, but as soon as I close one of the doors it makes a loud static noise and then nothing at all comes out of the speakers. Also if I start the truck up with the doors closed, it will make the static noise and nothing coming out of the speakers after the static is done. Is it the wiring? Or maybe a fuse? Or some connection behind the Pioneer stereo? Please help.... I need music!
