car stereo problems please help?

let my friend hook up my stereo worked in seat went to put in after it was in turned car on and it didnt work wires was touching so im guessing that was the cause fixed the wires with tape but still wont come on keyless entry wont wor unless car is on urn signal wont work or inside lights please help
