I am installing a pioneer deh-1300mp stereo into an 85 nissan. I am not able to powere the stereo. I have the red wire which is from the ignition, the yellow 12v wire and ground. Then i have the speakers and antenna.
If i connect the red yellow and ground wires i should see my stereo light up right?
I tried it with the old stereo and it worked by just plugging in those 3 wires.
What about the blue/white wire it is supposed to be connected to the antenna relay 12V DC.
Since this is an older car i dont have a place to connect the blue wire.
ANy help will be appreciated
So the blue wire just needs to be connected to a 12v wire? Can i connect it to the red ignition wire?
