car stereo in home theater system?

hey guys i really like my car stereo.
i saw really cheap car stereo parts on amazon.
and i was wondering if i can use those parts for my home theater system.
any tips on how to set this up?
what kind of connection do car stereo systems use? how can i make those connections?
