Car Stereo Hi and Lo Pass Filter Set-ups?

I have a stereo I need to set the Hi (front and rear) and Lo Pass filters along with Sub-woofer Phase
I am running 2 mids, 2 tweets up front, 2 6x9's and 2 Subs with a 400 watt amp
My preference, is a little Thump
My options are
Hi Pass Front -Through/80/100/120/150/180
Hi Pass Rear -Through/80/100/120/150/180
Lo-Pass -60/80/120/Through
Sub Phase -Reverse 180/ Normal 0

set your high pass for mids and tweet to 80 or 100.. set your low pass for sub at 120. phase 0
