Car Stereo - For Swift!?

I need help in fixing the stereo effect (esp bass) problem in my swift car. I have installed...

Sony - MEX DV 1606 U

Back Speaker Details
--------------------------------
JBL - 1100Wts - Woofer box
Polk Audio 320Wts - Rear extra box speakers (Left and Right of Woofer Box)

Front Speaker Details
-------------------------------
Kenwood 180Wts - In front doors.

I get some kind of "BUR" sound when bass in on. I get headache because of this. How to avoid this BUR sound and get the real punch effect?

Kindly advice.
