my car suddenly stalls, if i accelerate while stalling it will backfire and stall, the backfire causing the vacuum lines from the fuel regulator and the intake to disconnect. with white smoke coming out of the intake.it will not restart, just cranks. it will start after sitting 2 to 5 mins. it will be up to the car how long before it duplicates, could be hours, minutes or right away. recently replaced: fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap and rotor, engine oil and filter. with the engine on, if i disconnect the vacuum line of the fuel regulator it slightly accelerates, i assume the regulator is good, help.
