Car shaking high speeds only Cadillac seville STS 2001?

Only shakes at high speeds rims are fine I have had wheel alignment and tire balance done, tie rods done wheel bearings fixed. Still can't figure out the problem, i believe the car ended up in a little minor accident going into a ditch. i think they told me the tires in the back are completely worn out and have lumps in them, would that be the problem? i dont want to spend anymore money, then i heard if that doesnt solve it, it could be the rear suspension? but what exactly in the rear? I have also had new springs and shocks put in the rear. shaking happens at 60-80 mph only.
 
the tranny is bad....my moms old van had this problem....take it to a mechanic to be sure...but im 100% sure thats what it is....if everything is tight...and u might only need ur tranny fluid trained....but either way...sounds like the tranny
