Car shaking at speeds over 40 and while braking?

I have an 07 pontiac G5, about 2 months ago I hit a pothole and had my rim replaced. Since then when I drive (especially on the expressway) my car feels shaky when I go over 40 and also when I brake at high speeds. It has gotten increasingly worse to the point where I am fearful while driving. Any ideas?
