Car runs hot.Took out thermostadt.But still runs hot.1995 Ford Contour.Fans...

...working but still running hot.? 1995 Ford Contour.Changed antifreeze,Took out thermostadt.The fans are working but still running hot.Pushing out resivoir.Is my water pump gone out?seems to be flowing through radiator but cant seem to figure it out.Any help
