Hi everyone!
I have purchased a car it was parked in drive way without a road tax and mot for quite a while. the Log book of car says that Taxation Class: Disabled.
Yesterday this car passed the MOT. but when I went to Post office with log book (green part) to get road tax, the person refused to do it. However he advised me to go DVLA office.
the DVLA office is quite far from my home. Is there any way I can drive the same car for tax purpose? The nearest DVLA office is in Chelmsform which is 20 miles away from my home. I dont want to drive if its not leagel as i dont want my self end up in troubel.
thanks
imi
