What if someone hasn't paid their car note in about, say 1 year. The car company went and charged the person for what the car was worth ($30,000) and put it on their credit score because they see that the person is clearly not going to give the car back and is nowhere to be found.
If that car is ever given back by the person or if the Repo Man come and takes the car, won't that person still be charged fees even the car has been found? Are the fees high?
