how clean is it?? is it spanking new clean on the back side?? are there any sticky labels on it anywhere?? Are the Bolts holding things together fairly clean??

check for curves in a reflection. if you see curves or a broken image off of the bumper then its been repaired. and if its new more than likely it wont match the color of the car unless its a basic color.
