Car repair assistance programs in Cleveland, OH for single mothers?

Are there any services that assist single mothers with car repairs available through the State of Ohio or through the Cuyahoga County Department of Job and Family Services? Can you send me a link or any information on this matter?

After all the negative comments I got in regard to this question, I thought I would explain. My mother is a single mom who does work to try and get by. She does not receive child support from the man who is the father of all four of her children. She does what she can to get by and does work, but needs assistance with car repairs. FYI to all you people who gave negative responses, know the situation before you open your mouths to criticize. She doesn't collect welfare or anything like that and works for everything she has, and just needs assistance this one time to be able to get back and forth to work and get my brothers to school. I hope one day you negative people out there get yours. You might not be struggling now, but your day will hopefully soon come.
 
I'm sorry but you need to take of your own finances....being a "single mother" is no excuse to be a financial cripple. I know several single mothers who are professionals and small business owners....NO EXCUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
why are you people so negative? You have no idea of the situation, some times people need a little help to get out of a rut. I would never hope anyone into such a position, it's embarrassing, but still real.
