I'm 18 and will be heading to Puerto Rico on Sunday. I really need to rent a car because using a taxi all the time is quite expensive. Is there a rental place near Luis Muñoz MarÃ*n Airport that will rent cars to an 18 year old? I have a credit card, valid US drivers license, and have never had a ticket. We are staying in Rio Grande for 4 days and would like to visit the rain forest as well as some of the more secluded beaches on the island.
