I live in Chicago, IL. I want to buy a used car in this month and I'll we moving to Texas in mid of September. Is it good Idea to buy here in Chicago. Anyway I planned to drive Texas with rental Car because of my luggage. Rental costs me around $600. My question about registration process. Should I register in both states or Can I register in Texas itself. What about Insurance If I take here in Illinois. ( This would be my first car ).
