I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant with the factory radio/CD player installed. The radio turns on and will play, but every so often it will cut out for a bit ranging from one minute to five and then the sound will kick back on.
I thought maybe it'd have something to do with the connection, but the power source is continual, and I would think that only one speaker would stop emitting sound, not all of them.
Or could it just have something to do with the actual radio, and would I possibly need to replace that?
Or could it be something a little more serious?
