Car Radio - Ford F-150 - Want to use Aux Jack with MP3 Player?

I'm looking to use an mp3 player in my truck instead of the CD player. My android can just play music etc. What would I need to do and how much would it cost to either run a wire (it can look ugly) or get a new radio for the F-150 so I can just plug my Droid in to the radio?
