I have a 1993 honda civic ... last week I was driving my car when it just turned off on me I pulled over and try to turn it back on but it doest it just makes a noise like a swirling noise can't explain that well but its not the battery the car has 185,xxx miles and just rebuilt the heads a month ago can that have something to do with it also just yesterday I tried to turn it on again and it maid like a motor noise coming from the some box close to the fuse box.
