Car portable dvd player and battery effect?

i want to mount a portable dvd player in my sis car as she is driving to canada for summer with kids ,its 12 hrs drive ,just want to know does it`ll effect her car battery.she owns Camry 2001.
Does all portable car dvd players have same battery usage
 
It affects the car if you plug it into the cigarette lighter, it uses up the accu. If you just use the charged battery in the DVD player it doesn't do anything to your car.
