What if im going with like a speed of 30 mph and i use parking brake to stop? Will that break it? And do the normal brakes stop the rear wheel, too? Or just the parking ones stop with rear wheels only and the other ones with front wheels or front and rear? Thanks for answering.

When you apply the brakes, it will affect all wheels. Do not use the parking brake for normal stopping. It doesn't do as effective job as all 4 wheels. And it would take much longer to stop the car. The parking brake is just that. For extra braking on hills n' such. If you have an auto trans, putting the car in P on flat surfaces is enough. If you have a manual trans, putting it in reverse or first is also enough on flat ground.
