I'm looking to get a legitimate car PA system installed in my 4runner. I know there's two ways to go, getting either a CB radio with a PA cone, and getting something similar to a prebuilt Coga PA system. I don't mind going either way, I just want something that will be loud enough. I don't care as much about the noises it comes with or the music or sirens that they can play. I just want to be able to yell at people (safely of course
