Rattling noise coming from passenger side area. Sounds as if it is coming from the AC vent or wheel area. I have noticed that the noise is only heard when I am completely stopped and the brake is applied. Also, when the wheel is turned to 2 O'Clock it rattles, when I turn the wheel left or right past that it will stop. What is it and is it something I could fix myself. It is a 1995 Buick LeSabre.
