okay i have and 1992 buick roadmaster. when i crank it up no noises it doesnt need oil and i dont dog it out...but when i get on the the gas i hear like a tick/PUTER noise relly light but nerver goes away. CAN THIS BE AND EXHAUST LEAK. OR AND BAD LIFTER
