I bought a Honda Pilot when it had 50K miles on it. Currently it has about 55K miles on it. I recently found out that the 45K maintenance service was not done on this car. I was under the impression that this was taken care by previous owner. Now, I am in a dilemma whether I should take it to Honda and get the 45K service done now? OR Wait for another 5K and get the 60K maintenance service done directly?
Let's say I just take it now and don't want to wait any further. Should I ask them to do 45K maintenance service or 60K maintenance service? Is there anything different they do differently in 45K maintenance service when compared to 60K maintenance service. Do the list of things they do are the same for both or different? In other words, does picking one over the other has more advantages?
Let me know your suggestions on what actions I should take that will be good for the car.
