I'm 22 and so is my husband. We are getting separated very soon. His father is the co-signer on the loan, and the loan is also in my husband's and my names.
If I pay off the car (which I drive), will I get to keep the car? (since him and his father are also on the loan). Will they have the right to keep it?
What's the best way to go about it? I have good credit and I wouldn't wnat to ruin it.
