I have a 1999 G20 Infiniti , it just hit 87k miles . I just go a New exhaust 3 weeks ago , my car kept stalling but was loud and the exhaust and muffler was never replaced. so I fixed it and it was running great. Before this was fixed I got a code from the check engine light being on that said Gear 2 P0732 , 2 mechanics and 2 transmission shops told me not to worry its a false code . Yesterday my car stalled 3 times in my driveway. My mechanic told me to back it in and see if its just the reverse. he wants me to leave my car with him overnight this week(I will need to see who can Take e me to and from there so I will do that ) so it can stall on him. it starts right up, the starter is 4yrs old and the battery is less then a year old & now there is no code coming up. any Mechanics on here think this is something serious? i am out of work and a month behind on my rent so I pray its something cheap. thanks
