OBSERVATIONS
1-Driving the vehicle without allowing it to warm up first more times than not will cause the service wrench light to activate within a few minutes after driving begins, thus creating slow acceleration. The resolution I have found to this problem is to shut the vehicle off and then turn it right back on. When you do that, the service wrench light disappears. This problem occurs every single winter. It has never happened in any the spring, summer or fall! What do you think the problem is?
2-The second problem: While accelerating from 60-65MPH to about 70-75, maybe 80MPH, you will fill the car “trip”. I will try my best to explain this. Basically, it seems though as the car is jerking as you try to give it more acceleration. It’s hard to explain, you’d have to be in the car to see what I mean. Hopefully you can kind of understand what I’m saying here. What is the problem?
3-Then, on my dashboard is an amber light, it looks like a camera or camcorder. This light comes on during the middle of every winter and I guarantee you, once it gets warm out, it’ll shut right off. What do you think the problem is?
oops, sorry, it is a crown victoria police interceptor, a 2006.
