I'm 16 years old and my dad said that he will buy me a car. he told me that i have to pay for the gas and the insurance. he told me to find an insurance plan. I want to find the cheapest possible. I my parents have allstate. I heard that if you join your parents incurance plan it would be a lot cheaper than having individual insurance plan.
