So in February 2009 a girl reversed into my car, I have paid £500 for the damages myself as it takes to long for the third party's insurers to repair the damages, and now I have legal aid from my insurance company and they are chasing the third party insurers for my money back. The third party hasn't admitted liability, but I have a witness just not an independant one.
It seems to be taking a long time for any kind of update from the third party insurers, and my insurance company doesn't seem that interested in chasing them up unless I ask them to.
How can I get my case settled more quicker?
Anyone know about the processes of these claims and how long ti can take?
