I haven't bought my car yet, I'm still shopping around, and have one in mind that I really want to buy. I'm thinking about buying the car from a used car dealer and getting it financed {anywhere that has the best offer, doesn't have to be from the dealership}. I've been reading a lot about what I should expect when I finally buy the car, one of the things I should remember is that I can't leave the dealership with my car unless I have car insurance and other important things.
Well I've been shopping around for car insurance as if i have the car already and my license already (havent took road test yet, will soon), and the quotes that I received are just outrageous in my eyes. How can a young college new-driver college student afford to pay 1000+ up front, and 600+ monthly?
Where can I find cheaper car insurance, and I really mean "cheap"
