My husband's ex-wife has possession of his leased car until July of this year unless she gets it refinanced. According to the divorce decree he is only to make payments on the car until this date. The car was involved in an accident and was impounded. Does he have to pay to retrieve the car for her, or does she?? OR can he repossess the car back to him since she is not taking care of the car or keeping valid insurance on it?
