Car idles very low, sometimes so much that it turns off.. help?

'94 Dodge Stealth r/t non-turbo automatic

oil, filter etc. changed yesterday did not help
full tank of gas premium today did not help
added some fuel system cleaner to the tank

they hooked it up to a system at goodyear and the ecu read fine

idles at 500 or below
very rough

ideas?
 
Your tbs [throttle position sensor ] could be going bad. If not look for the idle adjustment screw on the intake
