Car Horn fuse?? 2002 Chevy Malibu?

My horn doesn't honk so I had a friend take a look at it. We opened the fuse box and found the fuses for it. He pressed on it and the horn was able to honk. Then a few minutes later, the horn didn't work. It makes a clicking sound from the fuse. It is a 2002 Chevy Malibu. Is this something I can fix on my own?
