Car Help with the new 2011 Mustangs?

Ok, well I want to get a mustang because I am 16 and I have enough for one. The milage doesnt bother me that much, but is the V6 better, or the V6 Pony Package. It looks like the Pony Package only has a few more things than the the regular V6.

P.S. Am I allowed to put my car on my parents insurance policy?
